Indus Intellect LLC operates Mal3ab, a pre-launch development pilot exploring sports-court discovery, availability and booking in the UAE. This notice describes the website as it operates today; it is not a claim of legal certification.

• Player interest form: full name, email, emirate, sports, skill level, optional gender, preferred times, plan interest, WhatsApp contact preference, consent, and referral code or referring code.
• Venue interest form: venue and contact names, email, emirate, sports, court count, current booking channel, availability-sharing interest, consent, and referral information.
• Accounts, where login is enabled: email, securely hashed passwords, account/session identifiers, profile name if supplied, access role and account plan fields.
• Invited pilot bookings: account identifier, selected court and time, quoted price, request reference, booking status and status-change history. Authorized venue operators and administrators can manage the relevant bookings.
• Support inquiries: the email address, message and information you choose to send.
• Hosting, database and security providers may process technical access and security logs such as IP address, device/browser details, request data, timestamps and error records.

The active public forms do not ask for a phone number, payment-card details, identity documents, precise location, health information or children’s information. Please do not submit sensitive data or information about children. The public Muse API returns only product status and published court availability; it does not return account or booking records.

We use information to process pilot reservation requests and venue responses, respond to inquiries, operate accounts and active player or venue interest lists, measure pilot interest, maintain referral positions, protect access and security, troubleshoot the service, and send requested pilot updates. You may opt out of updates or withdraw consent by contacting us.

Mal3ab is hosted on a Hostinger virtual server in Mumbai, India. A self-hosted Supabase backend on that server provides the database, authentication and private file storage. Encrypted HTTPS connections protect data in transit. Application backups are stored privately on the server; Hostinger also provides server backups. Automated public account emails are not yet enabled. Email providers process messages when you contact support or when we reply. These providers process information for us and may do so outside the UAE. Where applicable, we are responsible for using appropriate safeguards and limiting provider access to what is needed.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share interest-list details with venues or advertisers as part of the current pilot.

The site uses local storage to remember your English or Arabic language choice. Login, when used, relies on necessary account/session storage and cookies. Interface controls may store a necessary display preference such as sidebar state. We do not currently use optional advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this notice and any required choices will be updated first.

We keep inquiry, waitlist and venue-interest records only while needed for the pilot and requested follow-up, and review the need for them at least annually. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, subject to proportionate legal, fraud-prevention and security retention needs. Account and technical records are retained only as needed to operate and protect the pilot.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, opt out of marketing or requested updates, and complain to the relevant authority. We may update this pilot notice as the website changes. We will post the revised date and, where appropriate, give additional notice before materially different processing begins.
